The AQIIRC was founded in 1991 by three research nurses who wanted to bring clinical research professionals together to break the barriers of isolation and create a support network and share knowledge. Whether in hospitals, private clinics, pharmaceutical companies or autonomously, members of the AQIIRC are practicing in various fields and share a passion for clinical research.
At its inception, the AQIIRC targeted only nurses and clinical research nurses, but since 2013, all stakeholders in clinical research (regardless of the title of their profession) are welcome!
The AQIIRC aims both:
Clinical and research coordinator at the Neuro-Rive-Sud / epilepsy Clinic
Senior Clinical Research Manager at the Montreal Health Innovations Coordinating Center (MHICC)
Research professional and coordinator, CIUSSS de l'Estrie
Clinical Research Coordinator, Sepmus Research / Multiple sclerosis
Clinical Research Coordinator, CHU of Québec / Pediatrics
Research nurse-pediatrics, Centre de recherche du CHU de Québec-Université Laval
